«Ottima posizione per servizi e movida!»
Buona posizione vicino ai servizi. Reception h24 di ottimo livello e disponibile. Rifornimento asciugamani e carta igienica abbondante. Una bella piscina. Noleggio bici davanti all'hotel. Il panorama della nostra stanza era spettacolare
Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento con sporco a terra al nostro arrivo e uno dei letti non fatto. Siamo stati disturbati ogni giorno all'ora del riposo pomeridiano per le pulizie nonostante abbiamo chiesto di farle al mattino. Quindi il nostro appartamento non è stato pulito per tutto il soggiorno. Non abbiamo trovato una scopa per pulire a terra. C'era un tostapane tra gli utensili non funzionante. Non ci sono saponi in bagno e per lavare i piatti. Il bordo piscina era sporco e non c'era assistenza a lettini e per aprire gli ombrelloni molto duri. Alle 17.15 venivamo invitati a lasciare la piscina.

L'0unica cosa che non è comprensibile e che nel 2024 che non ci sia internet gratuito nell'albergo. Noi abbiamo pagato 32 euro ma era molto difficile connettersi. Il personale dell'albergo è stato perfetto, molto amichevole, e ne siamo pienamente soddisfatti. La piscina è stata la nostra amica per molte ore al giorno, silenziosa e anche il bar vicino alla piscina era molto utile.. La posizione dell'albergo è perfetta per chi vuole il mare a due passi, una piccola passeggiata di 2 minuti e subito c'é Playa des Ingles. Ottima anche la posizione per il bus terminal. La rete dei bus vi porta in tutta l'isola. Un'isola che non conoscevo, da ritornare
